Vincent D. Howard brings a powerful combination of strategic discipline and deep empathy to his practice. A dedicated advocate for individuals who have suffered catastrophic life-altering events, Vincent has spent his legal career fighting tirelessly to hold wrongdoers accountable and secure justice for his clients. His life experiences—spanning military service, academic rigorousness, and high-stakes courtroom battles—uniquely shape his compassionate yet aggressive approach to personal injury law.
A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, Vincent’s foundational values of duty and service led him to enlist in the United States Army as a military police officer. Serving honorably from 1988 to 1992, his military career included service during Operation Desert Storm and high-profile security assignments, including providing security for the U.S. Vice President and Secretary of Defense in Seoul, South Korea.
Following his military service, Vincent relocated to Reno, Nevada, working in resort security while earning his B.A. in Sociology (with a minor in Ethnic Studies) from the University of Nevada, Reno. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor as a Dean’s Scholar from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California.
Since graduating from law school, Vincent has focused exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Driven by real, human stories of resilience in the face of negligence, he provides a strong voice for individuals and families dealing with unimaginable loss.
Vincent’s practice focuses heavily on:
- Catastrophic personal injury
- Spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries (TBI)
- Wrongful death cases
- Consumer protection and mass torts
